That depends what doctor you are. Docs in Zurich and Geneva earn more than the ones in other Cantons. And it depends if you have your own Praxis or not. They normally have a fix income for each month. But the big money comes from all the extras, like surgery tax, patient tax from the hospital, consultations in the Praxis etc. I'd say for a doctor in ZH or GE the fix-salary starts from 8.0000-9.000 and can go up until ???
