If you have EU citizenship and if you can proof fluency in German, French or Italian (not only beginner's knowledge), no further requirements are needed. You then can apply for a job like a Swiss citizen. For high ranking managment positions English sometimes will also do. If you are not a citizen of a EU country, you must have very highly specialized skills neither a Swiss or EU citizen can provide. You must proof this with the appropriate documents (diplomas and such). Then only you could try to convince a future employer to hire you. He then would have to ask for a working and residency permit - you can't do this yourself. In reality, this procedure is limited to very few people each year. Please also consider that the worldwide downturn had a significant impact onto the Swiss market. Even for Swiss citizens, jobs are scarce these days.
