I am an Indian citizen. We want to get married and we are not sure if we should do it in Switzerland or Germany. Our desire is that since Switzerland is a nice country we would like to get married over there. But legally, we know that getting married in Germany would hold a much stronger case for me to get a long-term stay in Switzerland as an EU Spouse. Anybody out there with any valuable information?

You want to get married in Germany. I was in a similar situation and believe me, it will work out better for you to marry in Germany.
