Can somebody tell me how an international accounting student can apply for a job in Switzerland

Can somebody tell me how an international accounting student can apply for a job in Switzerland?
I am a 30 year old accounting student living in the United States. I am almost done with my major, but It is geting hard for me to get a job in the united states because most of the companies only hire people with work permits. So, I am looking for other places to work. Switzerland seem to be a good place to live. Can any one tell me how hard it is to get a job in switzerland? is there any problems with the age? Is there any descrimination? how expensive would it be living there while I am there looking for a job? How can I apply for a job from the United States?

1) Accounting in Europe is a Little different than in US. So, what you learned here, must be re-learn there. 2)Accounting is not where you will find job in Switzerland. There are schools jor business admnistration and accounting in higher education (public) 3) Even having a CPA degree will not suffice there, even less if you do not speak, read and write at lest one of the languages (French or German - Italian is not mandatory, but a plus) 4)If you are lucky, is either get a job in the US with a firm which has a branch in Switzerland (like Procter-Gamble), or work for Swiss company which has offices in the States (like UBS, Credit Suisse, etc.) and ask to transfer there. It may take a few years as well since you are finishing your studies Otherwise, you won't be able to get a worlk permit by just going there and looking for a job. Also, you are saying you don't have a permit in the US.....try to get one thru sponsorship or some employers may help you getting one.
